RETURNS

If you are not happy with our product or would like to exchange it, please Contact Us within 5 days via contact@gardensilhouettes.co.uk for our returns address. A refund for the returned items will be issued only on safe receipt of the goods. Please note, we do not offer a free returns service and the means of returning items should be arranged by you.

 

It is your responsibility to track your delivery to ensure it returns to us, if we do not receive the item back, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange. Items must be returned to us within two weeks of the date of purchase to receive a refund. 

 

Please provide your name and address or order confirmation within the return package.

 

Items must be unused and be in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met the refund or exchange will not be processed. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within a week of receiving the returned item.
